Sale Price: The average home sale price in Fanwood in 2016 was $430,269, up 11% from the average sale price of $386,777 in 2013.

Days on Market: Homes sold in 2016 were sold after 44 days on the market. Four years ago, it took an average of 76 days on the market for a home to sell.
